The Session on “Digital Transformation for the Next Normal: Toward an Inclusive and People-Centered Digital Society in the Post-COVID-19 Era” will take place during the 2021 Open Government Partnership (OGP) Global Summit. This Session was co-organized by the UN Project Office on Governance (UNPOG), an integral part of the Division for Public Institutions and Digital Government (DPIDG) of the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA), and the ITU Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific.
The Session discussed and shared knowledge, experiences and innovative practices for promoting digital transformation for the Next Normal in the post-COVID-19 era with an inclusive and people-centered approach. The discussion of the Session was centred on three major thematic focuses:
- Building open, inclusive and collaborative data governance
- Promoting digital inclusion
- Fostering Public-Private-People Partnerships (PPPP)
