Ms. Park Mi Kyoung, Associate Research and Policy Analysis Expert, was requested to support the Policy Workshop on ICT-based Innovative Industries for Sustainable Local Development, co-organized by UNITAR, UNITAR CIFAL Jeju/JITC, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, UNITAR CIFAL Shanghai, and Korea Local Information Research & Development Institute (KLID). Ms. Park delivered a presentation on ICT and Digital Government for Inclusive Public Service Delivery. The presentation was well received and Ms. Park answered a good number of questions during the Q&A session regarding the challenges and approaches to advancing digital government for better supporting sustainable development in developing countries.
