Study Visit from the Local Government Officials Development Institute (LOGODI) (30 October 2025, Incheon, Republic of Korea)

DPIDG/UNPOG hosted a study visit for 22 local government officials participating in the Local Government Officials Development Institute (LOGODI)’s Global Leadership Programme on 30 October 2025. The session included a presentation by UNPOG/DPIDG staff outlining the Office’s mandate, core functions, and major initiatives, as well as a briefing on key achievements and highlights from its 2025 activities. The visit reaffirmed UNPOG’s continued efforts to strengthen partnerships with public institutions at the local level by enhancing participants’ understanding on the role of effective governance and public institutions in advancing the SDG Implementation.
