Job Opening: Individual Contractor - Graphic Designer

Position Summary:
DPIDG/UNPOG is seeking an individual to engage as graphic designer to work specifically on the design of DPIDG/UNPOG’s communication and public awareness materials.
Work Assignment
Under the overall guidance and direct supervision of the Division for Public Institutions and Digital Government (DPIDG) and its Project Office on Governance (UNPOG), the individual contractor will be tasked with the following:
- Work on the layout and preparation of a wide variety of print and electronic communication materials for DPIDG/UNPOG’s capacity development activities including brochures, infographics, posters, leaflets, flyers, booklets and reports;
- Work on the layout of knowledge products and reports produced by DPIDG/UNPOG;
- Prepare alternative creative designs for communication materials in line with UN DESA guidelines;
- Provide support to other graphic design tasks as assigned;
- Consult regularly with DPIDG/UNPOG staff responsible for the coordination of design products for clarification if needed.
Duration of contract
The individual contractor will work for 12 days between 11 August to 11 October 2025.
